Since my youth I have been teaching and developing people passionately. Whether in sports, university, or in organizations – I can always find a way. It is important to me to use scientifically verified methods, which exactly cater to my customers’ needs.
I regularly refresh and extend my knowledge via on-going research projects so that I am always up to date. In my spare time, I can mostly be found in the mountains, which, to me, is a wonderful place to gather energy for the next challenge.
I offer coaching for individuals as well as groups and I provide consulting services. Furthermore, I plan and moderate seminars and trainings, and I do presentations on various topics surrounding human resources in organizations.The focus is on:

After studying psychology in Gießen, I did a PhD on the topic “Leading and Following in Everyday Life” at the University of Kassel (Germany). Parallel to doing my PhD, I had the wonderful opportunity to implement my research findings in business organizations. Throughout my time in Kassel, I cooperated in projects with small and big local businesses e.g. SMA Solar Technology AG, Culturly and Lynchronize GmbH..
